Vacuum of Leadership

Aug 15 / Thomas Bishop

“Without the investment and appreciation of leadership, there is an ongoing festering state of conflict. Can you relate to this state in these days of international conflict? The current instability in our nations and international growth stems from the enormous investment made in politics. Without true understanding of leadership, we look to leaders to satisfy our immediate need.

Without realizing lack of leadership, we become more desperate in our instability and lower ourselves to a survival state where we are willing to manipulate and leverage most anything to ensure our future survival. Hence, the rising of the politician within the vacuum of leadership. The design of politicians has not understood the critical nature of leadership” (Bishop, 2014).
